毕业论文 （2010届） 宁波台资企业财务管理现状分析 摘　　要 本文通过宁波市台湾事务办公室等政府机关、台资企业的实地调查研究以及对相关的文献材料进行收集整理分析，以宁波市台资企业为研究的对象，分析宁波台资企业的融资管理、投资管理、经营管理等现状和ECFA中对宁波台资企业的融资管理和投资管理的相关影响进行研究。宁波台资企业在融资管理存在融资渠道有限和融资困境的问题，在投资管理方面具有独特的核心竞争优势，目前台资企业在经营方面仍然存在困难，但在国家的相关政策的刺激下，经营状况不断好转，台资企业纷纷转型升级。文章最后从政府、社会层面、台资企业自身提出相关的建议以改善宁波台资企业在财务管理存在的问题，使宁波台资企业健康继续稳定的发展。ECFA的签订为宁波台资企业带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战，有效地改善宁波台资企业财务管理状况有利于宁波台资企业和宁波经济的可持续发展。　 关键词：台资企业；财务管理；融资；投资；ECFA Abstract Based on the Taiwan affairs office of Ningbo city government organs, such as the investigations of Taiwan-owned enterprise of collecting relevant data to Ningbo Taiwan-owned enterprise as the research object, analyses the Taiwan-owned enterprise financial status and research financing management, investment management, and management status and ECFA in the Taiwan-owned enterprise in Ningbo finance management and investment management related to study the effects.
