本 科 毕 业 论 文 题 目 上市公司股权结构与公司绩效关系研究 学 院 专 业 财 务 管 理 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 摘 要 上市公司是社会经济体的重要组成部分，而公司绩效体现以国内公司的发展情况。良好的公司治理结构是公司绩效实现的制度保证和决定因素。公司治理结构的核心内容是公司的股权结构。股权结构作为公司治理结构的组成部分和基础，其设置状况对公司运作的效率具有决定性的作用。一个合理的公司治理结构需要以一个合理的股权结构为支撑。所以，健康合理的股权结构能使公司取得较好的公司绩效。 国外研究存在着很大分歧，国外索取的样本较早，同时社会背景与经济环境不同，实证结果不适合目前我国的情况。国内学者研究股权结构与公司绩效的关系有很多，也得出了不同的结论,对于地区性的研究较少。所以本文以浙江为例进行研究。 本论文采用实证的研究方法，提出股权结构和公司绩效之间关系的研究假设，以2009年35家上市公司为研究样本，对浙江上市公司股权结构和公司绩效的相关关系进行了实证关键词： Abstract Listed company is an important part of the social economy, and corporate performance reflects the development of the domestic company. Good corporate governance structure is the system guarantee of corporate performance and the decided factor. Corporate governance structure is the core content of the shareholding structure. Equity structure as a part of the corporate governance structure and foundation, play the efficiency role in the condition for the operation of the company. A reasonable corporate governance structure needs a reasonable equity structure to support. So, a reasonable equity structure can make the company to be better. The results of empirical study on abroad exists huge difference. Because the chosen specimen is old, the social background and economical circumstance is different, the results of empirical study on the relationship of stockholder’s rights structure and corporate performance doesn’t adapt to our country. Domestic scholars study the relationship of the ownership structure and corporate performance. Then they reach a lot of verdicts, but studies about cities are less.
