本 科 毕 业 论 文 题 目 宁波地区上市公司融资效率实证分析 学 院 专 业 财 务 管 理 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 摘 要 融资效率，不仅是上市公司发展的必要条件，也是其保持活力及潜能的源泉。而受到地方经济发达程度、企业价值选择等方面的影响，各地区上市公司融资效率呈现不同的结果。因此，研究不同地区上市公司的融资效率，为企业的融资决策提供一定的参照显得非常有意义。 本文首先在阐述融资效率相关理论的基础上分析影响上市公司融资效率的融资结构、融资成本、资金到位及时性、企业价值、融资风险等方面的因素。然后在影响因素基础上建立上市公司融资效率评价体系，选取2010年09月份宁波地区的32家上市公司为样本，通过熵值法对宁波地区上市公司的融资效率进行实证研究。结果表明：宁波地区上市公司融资效率普遍偏低。最后，指出宁波地区上市公司融资过程中存在融资风险大、资金到位不够及时、公司价值较低的问题，提出了降低融资风险、健全公司的内部管理、提高营业收入、增强创新能力、完善金融市场机制的对策和建议，以进一步改进宁波地区上市公司的融资决策，提高融资效率。 关键词：Abstract Financing efficiency is not only a necessary condition for development of listed companies, but also the sources of keeping the vigor and potential. And because of the local economic development level, enterprise value selection, etc, the financing efficiency of listed companies from various areas presents different results. Therefore, the study of the financing efficiency of listed companies in different areas can provide very significant effect on enterprise financing decision. First of all, this paper is on the basis of introducing the relevant theories of financing efficiency analyzing several aspects in influence actors of the financing efficiency of listed companies such as financial structure, financing cost, the timeliness of capital, enterprise value, financing risk, etc. Then, on the basis of the factors influencing the establishment of a listed companies’ financing efficiency evaluation system. This paper selects 32 listed companies in 2010 of September in Ningbo as samples; study the financing efficiency of the listed companies in Ningbo area for empirical research through entropy-right method. The study results show that: the financing efficiency of the listed companies in Nin
