本 科 毕 业 论 文 题 目 管理者背景特征与企业绩效关系研究 学 院 专 业 财 务 管 理 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 摘 要 管理者将直接影响企业的效益和整体发展，因而这一特殊人群作为推动企业发展的主导者越来越受到人们的关注。本文在分析总结前人研究成果的基础上，在国内选取家电行业22家上市公司作为样本，利用分析软件对样本公司2006-2009年间管理者背景特征及企业绩效变量的数据进行了测算和分析，以探索不同背景特征下的管理者对企业绩效的影响方向及程度。研究表明，国内家电行业上市公司管理者的工作经验、专业背景与企业绩效之间存在正方向的相关关系，管理者的年龄、学历、社会地位与企业绩效负相关，且相关关系均不显著。本研究希望能为提高企业经营绩效及管理水平提供一定理论支持及数据支撑。 关键词： Abstract Managers will directly affect the efficiency of enterprises and overall development, consequently this special group as a tool to promote enterprise development curve are more and more concerned. Based on the analysis of the summary on the basis of predecessors achievements in domestic choose appliance industry 22 listed companies as sample, the sample using analysis software from 2006 to 2009 company managers background characteristics and enterprise performance variables to measure and analyze data, so as to explore the different background characteristics of enterprise performance under the influence of managers direction and degree. Research shows that domestic household electrical appliance industry listed company managers work experience, professional background and enterprise performance between the correlation between the positive direction, managers age, record of formal schooling, social status and enterprise performance, and the correlation between negative correlations are not significant. This study the hope for improving enterprise operating performance and management level of support and data provide certain theoretical support.
