毕业论文 （2010届） S公司供应商的选择与评价分析 摘 要 在竞争激烈的经营环境下，完善的供应链管理是企业提升竞争力的重要工具。一个优秀具有竞争力的供应链式是由许多优秀的供应商互相配合而成的。因而企业应该如何选择适当的供应商来互相配合，建立一套客观、精准的评价指标体系和具有综合评价能力的评价模型，用以评选优良的供应商并与其发展长期合作伙伴关系式企业的重要议题。 本文以三门恒基混凝土公司为例，从公司原材料供应商的选择与评价入手，提出三门恒基混凝土公司供应商选择与评价体系存在的不足及需要改进的地方，针对现状，明显可见采供应商选择与评价体系已不利于采购成本的减少，也不利于公司长期稳步的发展，更不适应新的市场需求。为此希望能找到一套优化的供应商选择评价体系来解决企业现存问题，使得改进后的供应商选择和评价体系能提高采购效率，降低采购成本，从而提高公司的市场竞争力，这对企业具有直接而重要的现实意义。 关键词：；；Abstract Under the fierce competition in the business environment, perfect supply chain management is an important tool for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.
