摘 要 在本文中，我应用对数线性模型和对数可积层面效应模型分析和比较了， 1949年至1996年间，城市和农村的教育匹配婚姻的变化趋势及两者间的差异。对 1996年“社会结构与社会现代化1 ”数据分析表明，近五十年来，城乡的教育匹 配婚姻的发展趋势基本一致。从1949年至1976年，配偶的教育匹配强度下降，而 在1976年之后，则呈现上升的态势。而城乡之间的主要差异则体现在强度的变化 幅度上。在不同经济环境下，教育婚姻的匹配程度除了受到教育水平，初婚年龄 等因素的影响，更为重要的是还受到教育获得结构的影响。更为同质的教育结构 可能会导致较高的匹配度。 关键词：教育匹配婚姻 趋势 城乡差异 教育同质性 1 所有关于“社会结构与社会现代化”的信息及其原始数据皆以出版。详细信息请参看 /issr/da/lhsccs/chinaweb.html. 1 Abstract In this article, I use log-linear model and log-multiplicative layer effect model to detect the trends in educational assortative mating from 1949 to 1996 in rural and urban China. Based on the 1996 “Life History and Social Change Survey” data .A concise conclusion has been drawn that the trend of educational assortative marriage in urban and rural China is similar during these fifty years. Educational homogamy decreased from 1949 to 1976 but increased from 1976 to 1996.And the most important difference between the rural and the urban is the range of the trend .The strength of educational assortative mating is affected by the level of education, the age of first marriage, and most important, the structure of education under different economical circumstances.
