摘 要 网络社会的繁荣,很大程度上是基于网络使用者免费共享自己的信息资源, 无偿投入自己的时间、精力。各种网上媒介形式,比如维基百科、博客、聊天 室、网络论坛等,都已经成为越来越重要的知识分享资源。从人类学和心理学 角度来看,网络使用者的这种利他主义行为是人类拥有的巨大的亲社会能力的 一种,即网络使用者通过在互联网上免费发布、分享信息,为他人提供信息帮 助等利他传播行为得到快乐。 同时已经有很多研究证实,孤独在当今网络社会已经是一种普遍现象。这 些研究认为:孤独的人特别倾向于在网络空间中的发展人际关系。网络人际关 系能提供自我价值感、亲密感、心理温暖,以及对自我身份的肯定。对社会交 往的需要是互联网使用的昀强的动机。互 联网通过允许积极的、匿名的、话题 相关式的传播行为发生,从而构建一个丰富的互动媒介,进而降低了孤独感。 在本研究中,研究者使用调查问卷形式,收集关于孤独感,互联网使用行 为的数量、形式、历史、偏好,各种网络利他传播行为的数据,采用 ANOVA 方差分析和典型相关分析探讨孤独感,网络使用特点,以及网络利他传播行为 之间的关系,即孤独感在多大程度上将影响对互联网服务的选择偏好和参与网 络利他传播行为的数量。3 Abstract One consistent finding in Computer-Mediated CommunicationCMC research is that web users provide valuable information throughout the process of information generation, delivery and access.
