This is a meta ph sics that is widespread in our teaching practice and deserves special attention. Actuall , the multimedia instruc tion merel provides the potential possibilit but not the inevitabilit that excels other traditional media instruction and creates better instruction qualit . In order to convert the possibilit to realit and excel traditional media instruction in achieving teaching qualit , the media instructors - teachers - have to gain a s stematic understanding of the fea tures, rules and development of the multimedia instruction.
