摘要本毕业设计的建筑是洪泽中学综合服务楼，位于江苏省淮安市洪泽县，总建筑面积约为4200m2，总高度为18.15m，共4层，第1层与第2层高4.5m，其余层高均为3.9m。毕业设计主要内容包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑设计部分完成了建筑总体方案设计、平面设计、立面设计、剖面设计、外立面装饰设计、防火设计以及屋面、楼梯及墙体等细部构造设计。完成了建筑设计说明及相应建筑图。根据建筑使用功能要求和经济合理的原则，选取钢筋混凝土框架结构作为本建筑的结构承重体系，采用柱下独立基础。结构设计中考虑了恒载、楼屋面活载及地震水平作用、风荷载作用，荷载效应组合等问题。本设计框架抗震等级为三级。对框架梁、柱按强剪弱弯、强柱弱梁原则进行构件配筋设计，并考虑了地震区对配筋的各种构造要求。结构设计部分完成了结构体系选取、框架结构平面布置、截面尺寸估算、荷载计算、侧移验算、内力计算、内力组合及构件配筋设计等工作，同时还完成了基础设计，楼板设计、楼梯设计工作。完成了结构设计说明及基础配筋图，以及相应图纸绘制。另外仔细研读了一篇与本专业相关的英文文献，并将其译成中文。关键词：综合楼服务楼；钢筋混凝土框架结构；建筑设计；结构设计ABSTRACTThe graduation design is a Integrated Services Building of hongze Institute Of Technology, which locates in the downtown area of huaian City in Jiangsu Province and has a total construction area of about 4200 square meters. The buiding is composed of four-story, 18.15m high. The height of the first story and second story is 4.5 m, and the three other stories are 3.9 m in height.The graduation design mainly includes two sections: architectural design and structural design. In the architectural design section, this paper has finished general programme design, graphic design, elevation design, profile design, decorative facades design, fire design, roof, stairs, walls and other structural design etc, also it has completed the explanation of architectural design and the architectural design and building plans note.According to the principle of the construction use of the functional requirements and of economic rationality, the building has selected the structure of reinforced concrete framework building structure as the load-bearing system, and has adopted an independent basis by column.The permanent load , variable load of floor and roof, the level of the earthquake, wind loads, load effect combinations are considered in the structural design section. The seismic design grade of the framework is three.
