摘要 本设计主要是针对V型滤池系统进行PLC改造,因为传统的继电器控制系统,其电气控制部分采用继电器和逻辑电路板组成的控制系统,经过多年的运行,电路逐渐老化.故障率随着增加。维修工作越来越繁重,直接影响到工司的正常Summary:The design is mainly directed to the V-filter system PLC transformation, because the traditional relay control system, the electric control part comprised of the use of relays and logical circuit board control system control insensitive, react slowly, after years of running , the gradual aging of the circuit, with the increasing failure rate.The increasing of maintenance workload for a direct impact on workers of the normal production and development. The design gives full consideration to the convenience, reliability, advanced and compatibility and so on of management, uses S7-200 PLC as the core of hardware design and software design,the most optimal design on the V-filter control system in order to achieve the purpose of water-saving and power-saving furthest, but also will greatly enhance the interoperability of systems and automated processes, but also is able to detect system operating parameters and alarm information and realize a remote control.
