北京商贸大厦空调工程设计 摘 要 本设计针对北京商贸大厦的中式餐厅、办公室、会议室、客房、KTV等房间进行中央空调设计，使之符合风速、温度、湿度及人的舒适度需要。 本设计采用冷负荷系数法计算空调冷负荷，采用稳态传热法计算空调热负荷，同时采用稳态法计算空调湿负荷，然后根据房间的特点进行空调方案的确定。本建筑的最大冷负荷出现在13：00，其值为817432.02W，建筑热负荷为804932W。建筑冷负荷面积指标为53.1W/㎡，建筑负荷面积指标为52.28W/㎡。办公室、会议室、客房、KTV等房间采用风机盘管加新风系统，中式餐厅等对空气温湿度要求较高或洁净度要求较高的房间采用全空气一次回风系统。空气调节水系统采用闭式、变水量、两管制、单式泵系统，并进行水系统分区，群楼和主楼，同程式，异程式。 本空调系统的冷源采用压缩式冷水机组热源换热器系统，选用两台水冷式螺杆冷水机组，型号为LSBLG700。在冷却水系统的设计中，选用两台低温差逆流式冷却塔，型号为LBCM-LN-100。采用膨胀水箱进行定压补水以及容纳水的膨胀容积。 关键词 风机盘管加新风系统，冷热源，空调水系统 THE AIR CONDITIONING PROJECT DESIGN OF BEIJING URBAN HOME COMMERCE BUILDING ABSTRACT This design for the Chinese restaurant, office, conference room, guest room, KTV etc in Beijing urban home commerce building is designed about central air conditioning ,in order to meet to the wind speed, temperature, humidity and comfort need. This design uses the cold load coefficient method for calculation of air condition cold load,and uses the steady heat transfer method to calculate the heat load and use both air steady-state method for calculation of air conditioning moisture load, then according to room on the characteristics of air conditioning scheme make the determination.This building cooling load of the biggest moments will appear at 13：00, its value is 817432.02 W, building thermal load is 804932W. Building the cooling load of area index is 53.1 W / ㎡ and Building the heat load of area index is 52.28 W / ㎡.The office，conference room, guest room, KTV etc rooms adopt fan-coil unit plus fresh air system, Chinese style dining-room of air temperature and humidity higher requirements or cleanliness demand higher rooms adopt all air time return air system.Air conditioning water system adopts closed, VWV, two control, characteristic menu type pump system and water system zoning, each of group of building and building own a set of water system respectively, and a set of water system between layer and layer with programs, a set of water system between the same layer with different programs.
