The main task is to use the built-in VBA of Solidworks to create the program interface, write the required program, change the parameters of blanking die standard parts to create different parts, and establish the 3D standard parts library system. This article by analyzing the requirements of 3D standard parts library system design of blanking die , gives a more detailed about the development of the standard parts of blanking die , the development of CAD and its secondary development ,and the purpose and significance of this research. This paper designs to be similar parts required for the establishment of standard parts for structural analysis, build models refered to the actual objects, and makes a required database of standard parameters, then establish an overall analysis of the layout for the program interface, use the built-in VBA of Solidworks to create the program interface, write the required program, change the parameters of blanking die standard parts to generate the required parts of different size. This design of 3D standard parts library system of blanking die based on the Solidworks designs to change the parameters of standard parts of the program interface to generate the 3D standard parts of different size.Ten it omittes trouble drawing process to create three-dimensional diagram of the parts in a short period of time. This significantly improves production efficiency, and saves labor time.
