摘 要 在建设工程项目合同管理中，建设工程项目施工合同贯穿于建设工程项目实施的全过程，确定了工程的工期、成本及质量这三大目标，对整个建设工程合同体系中的其他合同（如勘察设计合同、供应合同等）有很大影响，在整个建设工程合同体系中处于主导地位。因此，在建设工程项目管理中加强对项目施工合同的管理具有十分重要的意义。 随着我国市场经济体制的发展，建筑市场也随之不断发育成熟，以事实为依据，按合同说话逐渐成为了建筑市场中的主流。但不可否认的是，我国市场经济还不够成熟，长期以来人际关系、人情观念及领导指示等因素代替了合同条款，合同的权威性无从体现。大量的工程实践告诉我们，脱离了施工合同约束的工程是无法实现工程项目的目标的，因此，我们必须重视合同及合同管理，加强建设工程项目施工合同的规范管理，在实践中逐步完善合同管理制度。 本论文站在业主的角度，对建设工程项目的施工合同管理进行分析研究。首先介绍了合同管理在建设工程项目管理中的地位和作用，以及建设工程项目施工合同与其他建设工程合同的联系，然后阐述了施工合同管理的基本概念、方法和内容；最后对施工合同管理的现状、存在的问题以及未来发展趋势等基本问题进行了探讨，并提出了加强施工合同管理的几点措施。 关键词：建设工程项目管理，施工合同，合同管理 Abstract In the construction project contract management, construction contracts for construction projects run through the entire process in the implementation of construction projects, It confirms the construction period, cost and quality, the three target of engineering.
