摘 要 大学作为培养人才的高等学府肩负着培养符合时代需求并掌握核心竞争力的人才的重任。大学生是国家人才储备的主力军学生干部是特殊群体他们活跃在党团组织、学生会、学生社团以及各个班级中占全体大学生数量的三分之一既是学校教育培养的对象也是辅导员、班主任开展工作的得力助手是沟通学校管理与学生学习、生活和工作的重要桥梁在高校的思想政治教育工作、学生管理工作和大学生自我教育、自我服务中扮演着重要角色同时也是高校教育管理中最基层组织的具体实施者对学生干部的选用培养对于高校管理、学风建设、校园文化建设等都具有十分重要的作用。在高校的党团组织、校园文化活动中发挥着积极作用其自身也在为学生服务的过程中自我成长。 ABSTRACT University, as an institution of higher education, bears the responsibility of training talents who can both meet the demands of society and master the core competitiveness. College students are the main force of national talent reserve, and student cadres, as a special group, accounts for nearly one third of all college students, who are active in the organizations of CCP (Chinese Communist Party) and CYP (the Communist Youth Party), student union, student societies and classes. Student cadres are not only one part of the aim of school education, but the right-hand men of counselors and teachers. They serve as an important bridge to link college organization with the study, life and work of students. University student cadres play a significant role in ideological and political education, student management and the self-education and self-service of college students, and at the same time, they are the actual executors at the basic level of higher school education, who are of great importance in the selection, cultivation, and management of student cadres, in the management of universities and colleges, in the construction of school learning atmosphere and campus culture. Besides, as they play an active part in various organizations or school activities, student cadres also gained personal growth.
