Chinas private economy as a socialist market economy important part of the national economy in occupy the important position, meanwhile, solved the problem of employment, can say of the small and medium-sized enterprises in the development of national economy made tremendous contributions. Many of the small and medium-sized enterprises in henan province have, whether it be solving the employment or active urban and rural economy, small and medium-sized enterprises in the economic development of henan province has been playing an important role. But small and medium-sized enterprises in henan province has been living in pocket. Henan small and medium-sized enterprise, due to the influence of various factors, makes the enterprise financing difficulties, enterprise without money cannot continue to development, financing difficult problem, has become the main henan small and medium-sized enterprise for the further development of the “bottleneck”. This paper conducts the research analysis. First of all, this paper will first of Chinas small and medium-sized enterprise development situation were reviewed, second, through the bank loans, external environment and henan small and medium-sized enterprise itself this three levels, small and medium-sized enterprises in henan and the difficulty in financing for analysis, and finally to solve the effective way.
