车轮合成装配线设计与仿真 中文摘要论文通过对装配生产线平衡的研究，结合自身企业产品的特点，对现有生产进行了改善，说明了现有工业工程技术在生产线平衡改善中的作用。首先，本文叙述了生产线平衡理论及评价方式，及影响线平衡的要素，同时根据工业工程基础理论定义了改善生产线平衡的方式。对于本文所讨论的车轮合成，针对其线平衡率不高的问题，通过分析现状，应用MOD法找出了问题所在，然后根据生产线平衡的步骤及方法，重新确定了工时；并按照工序节拍均衡的原则，通过对工业工程理论中ECRS及人机操作分析方法的运用，调整了工序内容，使各工序节拍趋于一致，且精减了部分站位，节省了人力，设备成本，并使生产能力得到了提高。 ：生产线平衡，工序节拍，MOD法 Wheel ssembly Production Line Design and Simulation Abstract Through the study of assembly line balancing, unifies own enterprise product characteristic, the improvement of existing production, explain the role of existing industrial engineering technology improvement in production line balancing. Firstly, the paper describes the theory of production line balancing and evaluation, and the factor of influence line balance, at the same time, according to the basic theory of industrial engineering to define the way to improve production line balancing. For the wheel of synthesis discussed in this article, rate for the line balancing problem is not high, by analyzing the current situation, use MOD method to find out where the problem is, then according to the way and steps of production line balancing, re-established working hours; and on principle of cycle time balanced, through the used of Industrial Engineering Theory about the ECRS and man-machine analysis, adjustment process content, make the cycle time keep balance, and simplify some station, save manpower and equipment costs, and improve production ability.
