基于WEB的酒店客房管理系统 计算机应用技术2010级 摘要 随着社会经济的发展，人们对生活质量的要求越来越高，作为服务之一的酒店也在不断的完善服务体制。本文主要是阐述一个web酒店客房管理系统的研发过程，主要针对酒店客房业务经营和管理的特点开发的信息系统，全称酒店客房管理系统。 在WindowsXP操作系统环境下，搭建ASP.NET2.0运行环境IIS6.0，通过使用C#脚本语言完成web的酒店客房管理系统项目的完成。可以实现对客房的科学化、规范化、效率化、查询顾客情况、订房信息、以及房间信息等，有助于提高管理的效率，方便酒店对客房的实际情况进行集中的查询与管理工作，以改善整个酒店的工作效率和服务质量。采用计算机这一现代化工具作为管理的辅助手段可以提高客房服务质量，尽可能做到让客户满意，同时也需要一套酒店客房管理系统对客人、费用、房间的正确处理和保存。 酒店客房管理系统主要功能，包括管理员对客房信息、客户信息、酒店客房活动公告、留言信息、预定房间信息的添加、删除、更新的管理操作；房客在前台的浏览、查询、预定等功能。 关键词：酒店客房管理;asp系统开发;网站系统 The hotel guest room management system based on web Computer application technology level 2010 Liang fu rong Teachers Huang Dong Abstract With the development of social economy, people are increasingly demanding on the quality of life, service as one of the hotel also is constantly perfecting the service system.
