J市污水处理及再生回用工程设计 摘 要 本设计为市污水处理厂设计，本厂包括污水二级处理和污水再生回用两部分。污水厂平均设计流量为万m3/d，城市污水处理工艺设计出水满足城镇污水处理污染物排放标准（GB18918-2002）一级B标准。 再生回用工艺设计，将城市污水处理厂二级出水作为原水，进行深度处理回用于工业冷却用水和其他用水根据进水水质，二级处理和回用部分各选择两套设计方案。方案一为工艺，方案二为工艺，：Abstract This design is for sewage disposal and recycling plant in L city. This design program has been separated two parts: one is for sewage disposal, the other is for water recycling. The sewage disposal plant will be able to purify 52,000m3/d in scale.，and the main sources of sewage are domestic sewage and industrial wastewater。The major pollutants are COD 、SS 、TN、NH3-N、TP，and the sewage treatment technology is suitable for the biochemical treatment method. According to water quality of influent and effluent, two design programs have been selected.Option One and Option Two of Parts are Raw sewage-the grill-sewage lift pump-fine grid-aerated grit chamber.designⅠof second treatment is Orbal Oxidation Ditch process.The process of the advanced treatment is as follows:BAF-mechanical stirring clarifier-Siphon Filter. designⅡof second treatment is A2/ 0 technology process.The process of the advanced treatment is as follows:BAF-high density sedimentation tank-V-filter .Through comparision in ecolomy and technique, and According to the water quality characteristics of the wastewater sources. The design uses Orbal oxidation ditch sewage treatment process, DesignⅠis choosen as the prior program. This design includes the determination of sewage treatment technological process, technological process of each monomer in the calculation, drawing construction drawings, etc.This project will significantly improve the receiving water quality, provide an indirect economic benefits at the same time, and promote the economic sustainable development.
