毕业设计(论文) 设计(论文)题目:1300m3/d罐头厂废水处理设计 专 业: 环境监测及治理技术 1300m3/d罐头厂废水处理设计 环境监测与治理技术 专业 摘要 随着人们生活水平的提高和生活节奏的加快,旅游事业大力发展,罐头食品的需求量急剧增加。今年来,食品罐头生产发展很快,改建、扩建和新建许多食品罐头罐头厂。因为在生产中产生大量有机废水,所以,建设罐头厂的同时,应考虑污水处理。因此,本文的主要研究对象为中高浓度的罐头厂生产废水,研究路线为通过理论分析和实际考察采用隔油+水解法+AO工艺处理中高浓度的罐头生产加工废水。对应用隔油+水解法+AO工艺处理面包厂废水实际工程的设计、建设和运行结果进行了较为深入的分析。 概述了罐头生产废水的来源、特点、治理的意义及国内外对该类废水处理工艺的研究和应用现状;系统地论述了水解法的原理和发展,并对隔油+水解法+AO法的特点进行了说明。通过对已经投入生产的AO工艺处理站的了解和分析,较深入地探讨了隔油+水解法+AO法该类废水的运行参数,系统研究了各单元的运行效果、效率、影响因素及控制条件等,并从中得到最优的工艺路线和最优的设计、运行参数,以期为同类废水的处理提供了可靠地参考价值。 本次设计出水水质达到《罐头厂废水污染排放标准》一级标准,符合国家要求和地方标准 。 关键词:罐头、有机物、污染、隔油、水解、一级标准。 Abstract With the rapid development of living standard and the quicken pace of life together with the fast-developed tourism, the demand for canning foods has increased sharply. Recently, as the production of canning foods promotes a lot, a growing number of canning factories are under construction, and some of which are reconstructed. There are so much organic wastewater let out during the process of canning food production, so the sewage disposal must be taken into consideration accomplished with the construction of canning factories. So this paper takes the high concentration of organic wastewater from canning factories as the research object, whose main route is to use the oil the oil removal + hydrolysis + AO to deal with the high concentration of organic wastewater via theory analysis and practical investigation. This paper also gives a deeper analysis of the project designation, construction and operation of bread factories where the oil removal + hydrolysis + AO are applied. This paper also gives a brief introduction of the origin, characteristics and meaning of governing to the organic wastewater, the research and appliance of it both at home and abroad. Meanwhile, this paper explains the characteristics of the oil removal + hydrolysis + AO.
