摘要以后悬支架为研究对象,PRO/ENGINEER软件建模,在ANSYS-WORKBENCH环境中建立有限元模型WORKBENCH模块中进行静态线性分析,根据实际受力情况进行加载,并用不同的网格划分,分析在不同网格单元下,计算结果的差异。并考察在不同危险工况下应力分布及变形情况,最后分析结果是否满足强度要求。将其中一种支架在ANSYS 11.0的经典界面中进行计算分析,将计算结果与在WORKBENCH模块中计算的结果进行对比分析。在分析四种支架在各种危险工况下的原设计方案强度的基础上,提出改进方案关键词This article aims to study the four rear suspension bracket of oil car, using the software of PRO/ENGINEER to set up the model and lestablishing FEM model under ANSYS-WORKBENCH. Firstly, it will analyze the original plan of the four different rear suspension bracket and their suffering capability under different dangerous working conditions. Under the module of WORKBENCH, it is going to do a static analysis of linear structures. While stressing according to the actual suffering capability and dividing with different mesh, it is going to analyze the difference of the result under different mesh cell. Meanwhile, the stress distribution and distortion situation under different dangerous working condition would be examined. Finally, it will analyze whether the result will meet its request for intensity. Put one of the bracket into the classical interface-ANSYS 11.0-to analyze and the result is going to be compared with result getting from the calculation under the module of WORKBENCH. Based on the analysis of the original scheme of the four rear suspension bracket under all kinds of dangerous working conditions, it will try to point out improving schemes accordingly. The improving schemes will reduce its highest stress level effectively and be validated by FEM. According to its improving on the structure of the four original bracket model and its material, this paper, at the same time, has reduced its actual maximum stress obviously.
