PAGE I 摘 要 天然气作为一种宝贵的资源在人民生活和工业部门中有着广泛的应用。天然气,它不仅是一种优质的清洁燃料,也是近代化学工业的重要原料来源。从天然气中回收的轻烃分解出来的乙烯是有机合成产品的基础原料,可以生产数百种合成材料,是世界上产量最多的化工中间产品。以天然气凝液为原料生产乙烯,收率高、成本低、投资少。 随着科学技术的推广及其人们安全意识的加强,不同行业都对生产过程中的高效率、可靠性、安全性、经济性及其科学性等提出了越来越高的要求。经过四年的学习努力,为了进一步掌握和贯通所学的知识,对轻烃回收装置增加了解,对轻烃回收装置工艺再次做出了工艺设计,改善并增强整个装置工艺的工艺流程。 本文重点论述了:l)天然气的化工作用,天然气轻烃回收的目的,各种天然气轻烃回收工艺及发展,轻烃的加工利用及其发展趋势;2)了解轻烃回收工艺的流程和作用;3)轻烃回收装置的工艺设计:分离器的设计,分子筛的设计, 关键词:轻烃回收装置 工艺设计 天然气 发展 Abstract As a precious natural resource, natural gas is used widely in peoples life and industry. It is not only high grade and clean fuel, but also an important raw material of chemical industry in last history. Ethylene decompounded from light hydrocarbon is a base raw material of synthetic organic product, which can be used to made hundreds of synthetic material, and it is the most output intermediate product in the world. It is a beneficial and low cost way, need not much investment to produce ethylene by means of liquefied natural gas. With the popularization of science and technology and enhancement of peoples safety consciousness, different trades put forward higher requirement to efficiency rate, reliability, safe nature, economy and its science etc in the process.
