建设项目费用构成与费用控制方法研究摘要：在21世纪的今天，随着我国加入WTO以及申奥、申博的成功，给我们的经济发展带来了巨大的机遇。经济蓬勃发展的同时，各项基础设施进入大规模的建设阶段，给施工企业带了了巨大的发展机遇。施工项目的建设期较长，其建设期的成本控制，是施工企业建设项目控制的关键。但是我国由于长期受计划经济、控制手段和方法的影响，建设项目的大部分都是在成本超支、工期延长的情况下完成的。因此，如何在目标成本内或以最低成本，在规定的时间里完成能够满足要求的项目建设，是当前工程建设活动中需要关注的重要问题。 本文在对各种成本控制理论进行比较研究的基础上，从项目施工的全过程出发，对施工成本构成要素进行分析、研究，对成本控制的关键环节进行剖析、并提出相应的对策，以提施工成本控制的水平，革新成本控制的理念和思维，为推动建筑业的健康发展做出一定的贡献。论文引入价值工程等理论和工程实例，结合企业成本控制工作的实践，探索了影响项目施工各阶段成本的因素，研究了施工各阶段成本控制的方法，提出了通过成本的优化控制，实现施工成本的节约的想法。 在我国建筑工程领域，没有规范的成本管理思想，技术与经济分离，再加上管理方法和手段的落后，在整个工程建设活动中，普遍忽视工程建设项目前期准备工作阶段成本控制，把成本控制主要阶段放在现场施工阶段，只重视事中控制，不注重事前和事后控制，难以有效地控制工程成本。本论文完整的项目施工全过程成本控制研究可以解决以上问题。关键词：费用构成、成本控制、优化、价值工程Construction project cost structure and the study of the method of cost controlAbstract：In the 21st century, with Chinas accession to the WTO and the expos Olympic bid, the success of the economic development, give us brought huge opportunity.
