PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT51 摘 要 目前使用的无极绳绞车属于直接启动，无调速性能，在使用中，启动平稳性不好，不能够进行调速，当矿车运行到直角弯道、变坡点或轨道不平等处需要慢性的场合，由于速度不易控制，就对绞车、矿车或牵引的设备引起冲击、造成矿车掉道等问题，一定程度上影响了安全高效生产。 针对井下特殊的环境，改造现有的无极绳绞车，利用液压泵驱动液压马达代替原来的防爆电机，实现无极调速，使绞车能够平稳的起步，方便的调速，能够针对不同的工况，使用不同的速度来运行，得到安装维护简单、使用方便、节省人力、安全高效、运行可靠的目的。 而液压技术的发展，使液压调速控制绞车更具有结构紧凑、造价便宜、起动平稳、调速方便、过载保护等优点，特别是采用鼠笼式电机拖动，使电控系统简单，实现了防爆要求。 关键词：无极绳绞车 无极调速 液压 Abstract Current use of endless rope winch belongs to start directly, without the performance of speed adjustment, in use, a smooth start can not control, when the car runs intoaright-angled bend, variable slope or track inequality require chronic situations, because the speed is not easy to control, the winch, or traction.
