物料称重和传送控制器的设计 ? 摘 要 随着我国基础建设投资的增大和发展，基建施工对工期和质量的要求越来越高。混凝土在基建施工的需求量很大，其质量直接影响着基建的质量。采用混凝土生产设备-自动控制的搅拌站就可以保证混凝土的质量，提高混凝土生产效率。混凝土的整个生产工艺过程中，配料和送料最为重要，称重变送器模块是混凝土生产工艺配料中核心模块之一，本论文目的就是设计一款高精度称重配料和送料控制器。 该测控系统以89C52单片机为核心，配以信号调理电路、A/D转换电路、信号输出电路和按键/显示单元、单片机与PC机之间的串行通信、控制电路等几个部分。工作时，系统通过称重传感器采集物料重量产生的电压模拟信号，将该信号放大、滤波后，送入A/D转换器，转换后的数字信号进入89C52单片机，经系统软件进行运算处理后，向控制开关发出开关信号，实现对物料的动态称重和实时配料控制。待配料结束后控制三相交流机将配好的料输送到指定位置，并通过按键、报警以及液晶显示器等实现人机交互功能。 关键词：称重配料控制器；自动称重；自动送料；89C52单片机 Weighing Batching Controller Design Abstract With the aggrandizement and development of the infrastructure, it is more and more high with the request of the quantity.
