河南理工大学 本科毕业设计（论文） 题目：论现代女性犯罪 院（系部） 政 法 学 院 专业名称 法 学 专 业 年级班级 法学06-2班 学生姓名 吴 显 显 指导老师 陈 海 龙 2010年6月15日 摘 要 　　目前,随着社会的发展，女性犯罪已经成为我国犯罪现象的重要部分，而且也已经成为犯罪的一种独立的类型。剖析女性犯罪的目的是为了更好的缓和女性犯罪的增长趋势。近年来世界各国女性犯罪呈不断上升和蔓延的态势。由于女性犯罪率大幅度增长，关于女性犯罪的现状、类型和原因分析以及控制预防问题已成为一个受到广泛关注的焦点。女性犯罪相比男性犯罪，具有特殊的社会危害性，所以不仅应具体分析女性犯罪的理论及实际情况，其更重要的是运用各种手段，调动社会上一切积极因素，采取各种预防措施，防止、遏制和减少女性犯罪。本文主要从女性犯罪特征和女性犯罪的生理和心理以及社会环境原因入手，挖掘女性犯罪趋势增长的潜在危害性，并据此来制定相应的打击、预防和控制的方法，更好地达到减少和逐渐消灭犯罪的效果。 关键词：女性犯罪 犯罪特征 犯罪原因 预防控制 　　 　　 　　 　　 　　 　　 　　 　　 　　 　　 　　 　　 　　 Abstract 　　At present, with the development of society, the female crime has become an important part of our criminal phenomenon, but also has become an independent crime types. The aim is to analyze the female crime in order to ease the growth trend of female crime. The female crime in recent years in the world is rising and the spread of the situation. Due to the female crime increased greatly, and the status of women crime types and reason analysis and control to prevent problem has become a focus of attention. Compared to men and women, have special social harmfulness, and so should not only specific analysis of the female crime theory and practical situation, it is more important to use all kinds of means, mobilize social all positive factors, take various measures to prevent and reduce the female, curb crimes.
