摘要 当今特种物流的安全问题已然成为政府和社会关注的热点，越来越多的特种物流企业意识到特种商品在物流过程中一旦发生安全问题，对企业的打击将是致命的，对社会的破坏力度也是相当大的。为了给危险品物流、食品冷链物流、超限货物物流等特种物流领域的相关企业提供可借鉴的经验，为了深度分析行业发展现状及强化特种物流企业管理、降低特种物流企业成本以应对未来的发展机遇，本文从特种物流的运作模式分析上着手，列出了几种常见的特种物流在国内外的发展趋势，通过对特种物流的运作模式分析，运用物流管理的相关理论，从特种物流现状入手，通过对其物流渠道的分析，对目标市场进行细分，对发生在特种物流过程中的各类涉及的中间业务等进行研究，对其运作模式发生的问题进行预测并提出相关对策，提出基于特种物流运作模式评判标准，从而为建立高效的特种物流企业做参考。 关键字：特种物流；危险品物流；冷链物流；运作模式 Abstract Todays special logistics security problem has become the focus of the government and the society, more and more special logistics enterprise awareness to special goods in logistics process once produce safety problems, to the enterprise of the strike would be fatal, and to the destruction of the social dynamics are very large.
