油气输油计量系统设计 摘 要 为了提高油气管线的输送质量，在线检测输送管线的流量、压力和温度等参数，设计一套油气输送管线自动控制系统具有极其重要的现实意义。 本文首先分析了油气实训基地油气计量管汇系统的工艺流程，在基础上，采用西门子的S7-300系列PLC和WinCC组态软件，构建了油气计量控制系统的实施方案，以实现16路油气输送管线压力、温度和流量的测量及其管路压力控制。其次，基于系统的硬件需求，完成了控制系统需要的PLC模块、电源和配套低压电器的选型设计，并按照相应的输入输出信号，编写了PLC地址表，设计了相应的电气图。最后，基于控制系统的功能需求，采用Step7和WinCC平台，分别设计和调试了PLC控制程序和上位机监控程序。 仿真调试结果表明，本文设计的输油计量系统可以实现管路压力、温度和流量数据的处理、显示、存储、分析和计量等功能，基本达到预期的目标。 关键词：输油管线 测量与控制 PLC WinCC ABSTRACT In order to improve the quality of oil and gas pipelines transport.On-line detection conveying pipeline flow rate, pressure and temperature parameters.Oil and gas transmission pipeline design of an automatic control system has important realistic significance. Simulation debugging results indicate.This design oil measurement system can realize line pressure, temperature and flow data processing, display, storage, analysis and measurement etc. function.Basic achieve the desired objectives.
