毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 抗静电成型针织产品前驱体的 设计与开发 学 院： 纺织与材料学院 专业班级：纺织工程（针织）08级（1）班 指导教师： 职称： 学生姓名： 学 号： 摘 要 聚丙烯腈（）纤维由于其优良的性能，在工业和民用领域得到了广泛的应用。但是，由于聚丙烯腈纤维所固有的疏水性和绝缘性，静电现象严重，大大限制了腈纶在更多领域的应用。在众多导电高分子材料中，聚苯胺具有原料价格低、电化学性能良好、电导率较高、性能稳定、合成方法简便等优点，因此得到了广泛的应用。℃后加入15%（wt.）聚丙烯腈母粒（占配置聚合液总量的质量百分比）使其充分溶解，静置24小时使聚合液气泡完全排除后，经湿法纺丝纺制聚丙烯腈-聚苯胺抗静电纤维。 通过研究，最终当聚苯胺加入量为0.25%（占聚丙烯腈母粒总量的质量百分比）时，聚丙烯腈-聚苯胺抗静电材料体电阻可达4.31×107Ω?cm，达到了很好的抗静电效果。 关键词：聚丙烯腈，聚苯胺，二甲基亚砜，抗静电，湿法纺丝 ABSTRACT Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fibers, due to its excellent performance, has been widely applied in industrial and civilian areas.
