山东日照某综合商业区1#商务楼 框架结构设计 摘 要 近年来，由于我国房屋建设的快速发展，尤其是在施工技术越来越完善的情况下，多层建筑的建设工程急剧增多。在房屋工程的设计和施工中，很多新的设计方法和施工技术得以应用。 本毕业设计题目是《山东日照某综合商业区1#商务楼框架结构设计》，该商务楼的总建筑面积大约是2549.26平方米，共7层，建筑高度为22.20 米，主体结构高度为21.60 米，室内外高差0.15米，地震烈度为7度（0.1g），抗震等级为三级。本建筑采用钢筋混凝土全现浇框架结构体系，基础采用独立柱基。 本设计内容包括手算和电算两部分。 其中手算部分按计算书的主要内容分为设计的总说明、构件尺寸初定及材料选定、荷载计算、楼梯设计、基础设计。图纸包括10张：图纸目录及结构设计总说明、基础平面布置图、基础配筋详图、楼梯配筋详图、1层柱配筋图、标准层楼板配筋图、屋面楼板配筋图、1层楼盖梁配筋图、7层楼盖梁配筋图、7号轴线框架配筋图。 钢筋混凝土结构的电算部分主要包括以下几个步骤。首先用PMCAD进行结构布置、荷载输入和选取设计参数。然后，用SATWE进行框架结构的空间结构分析，得出构件内力图和配筋简图、结构周期、结构位移、地震荷载信息等。据此，选择梁和柱的数据，得出梁和柱的平法施工图。接着，绘制板配筋图。最后，使用基础设计程序（JCCAD）进行柱下独立基础的设计。 在设计过程中采用了手算和电算两种方式进行楼梯和基础的设计，这样可以对计算结果进行校核，及时发现设计中的错误以及与电算不同的部分，找出原因。 关键词： 钢筋混凝土；框架结构；内力组合；截面设计；地震作用；pkpm电算 Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of housing construction, especially when construction techniques grow more and more consummate, construction of multi-storey buildings increase rapidly.
