萬花樓大学（/）学院本科毕业设计（论文） ￠2.6×13m水泥磨电气控制系统设计 学生姓名： 学生学号： 院（系）： 年级专业： 指导教师： 助理指导教师： 二〇一〇年六月 摘 要 随着科学技术的发展，电气控制技术在各领域中得到广泛的应用。PLC以其可靠性高、灵活性强、使用方便的优越性，迅速占领了工业控制领域。但对于较简单的控制，采用接触继电器控制更为方便。在本设计中采用了接触继电器控制和PLC控制相结合来实现水泥磨的电气控制。 水泥磨是水泥制作的主要设备之一，做好水泥磨电气控制系统，有利于提高水泥的实物质量。本设计中水泥磨的控制，主要包括主电机的电气控制、辅助电机的电气控制、主电机润滑站的电气控制、主减速机润滑站的电气控制和两个主轴承润滑站的电气控制。前两者采用的是接触继电器控制，四个润滑站采用PLC控制。本设计中还有大量的声光报警信号的设计，在水泥磨出现故障时，可以及时的发现和处理。还用温度传感器将主轴承温度测出通过A/D转换、单片机处理后显示出来。 本系统设计正确，能满足工艺要求，操作方法灵活多样，安全保护功能齐全。 关键词 水泥磨，PLC，控制，传感器 ABSTRACT With the development of science and technology, electrical control technology is more and more applied in many fields, Because of the high reliability flexibility and use convenient of PLC, it rapid occupied in the industrial control area. But using the contact relay control is more convenient for some simple control. This design uses the relay control and PLC control to realize electrical control of cement mill. Cement mill is one of the main equipment for production of cement, achieving of electric control system of cement mill, can improve the quality of cement, and powder of. cement. The design of the cement mill, mainly including electric control of the main motor control, electrical control of auxiliary motors, electrical control of main motor lubrication station, electrical control of main reducer lubrication station and electrical of control two main lubrication station. The former two used to relay control, four lubrication station used PLC control. This design has a large number of sound-light alarm signals, cement grinding malfunction, can be detected and treatment in time. With the temperature sensor measuring bearing temperature by A/D conversion, SCM processes after the show. This system design, can meet the technological requirements, flexible operation method, safety protection function.
