By analyzing the problem of logistics rationalization of the Hefei Postal Logistics Distribution Center, the paper proposed the enhancement of the cost of logistics which was caused by the distribution center’s unreasonable storage and delivery. The paper researched on how to realize the logistics rationalization through improving the storage management and the delivery management; and how to realize the logistics rationalization by the way of the operating automation, the storage optimization and the delivery efficiency of the logistics distribution center. Logistics rationalization is the key factor of the chain-operation, and improving the level of enterprises’ logistics rationalization is a powerful safeguard for the enterprise to live in the market. The writer puts forward some solutions to solve problems of the logistics rationalization of Hefei Postal Logistics Distribution Center. And how these solutions help to enhance the logistics benefit of this enterprise by the application of these approaches.
