PAGE 摘 要 同步电动机运行稳定性一直是世界各国所普遍关注的课题,在诸多改善电动机稳定性的措施中,提高励磁系统的控制性能,被认为是最为有效和经济的措施。所以设计一套能使电励磁同步电动机安全稳定而又节能运行的励磁装置是非常重要的。 论文主要论述一个基于PIC16F877单片机实现的同步电动机PWM励磁电源的设计。首先,就同步电动机励磁电源研究的背景和意义以及励磁控制方式的演绎做了简要论述;其次针对PWM控制技术和数字PID及其改进方法等基本原理做了详细介绍;然后阐述了同步电动机PWM励磁电源的主电路设计、控制电路设计以及IGBT的驱动与保护电路的设计,其中包括元器件的参数整定计算和各部分方案论证。最后介绍了控制算法的实现和软件设计,并分析了设计中存在的问题。 本次设计利用可控硅整流装置将交流转化成直流后供给励磁的整流器励磁系统,相比用直流发电机作为励磁电源的直流励磁机励磁系统,这种励磁方式取消了全部的运动部件,运行可靠,经济性好,技术已经相当的成熟,正在得到越来越广泛的应用。 关键词:励磁电源;PWM斩波;数字PID;PIC16F877;IGBT Abstract Synchronous motor has been running stability of the world as issues of common concern. In many generators to improve the stability of measures to enhance the control of excitation system performance, are considered to be the most effective and economic measures. So it is important that we design a set of stable and reliableexcitation device of synchronous motor excitated magnet by direct current. This paper mainly discusses a PIC16F877 microcontroller-based achieve synchronous motor excitation PWM power supply design. First, synchronous motor excitation Power study the background and significance of excitation control and interpretation of a brief discussion; Secondly against PWM control technology and digital PID and its methods of improving the basic tenets of a detailed; then expounded the PWM synchronous motor excitation power supply circuit design, control circuit design and IGBT drive and protection circuit design, These include parts of the parameter setting and parts of the demonstration program. Finally, the realization of the control algorithm and software design , the analysis of the problems were introduced. The design is using thyristor device which will be exchanged into DC excitation supply after the rectifier excitation system.Comparing with the systern which used a DC generator excitation power as DC exciter excitation system.
