PAGE 毕 业 论 文 人民币汇率升值与中国证券市场发展的关系 摘要 人民币升值将对中国证券市场产生巨大冲击。为保持证券市场的稳定，必须建立一个有效的均衡汇率市场形成机制、增强证券市场的流动性和扩大市场容量，构建一套完整的国际资本向证券市场流动的动态监控与预警机制。 随着我国经济贸易实力的增强和人民币向国际化货币的迈进，研究人民币升值对国际证券市场的影响可以为国际投资和汇率政策等方面提供决策依据，具有重要的现实和前瞻意义。 本文从近年来人民币升值的现状出发，针对人民币汇率升值给证券市场带来的影响等问题，提出了将人民币汇率改革与国际金融体系改革联系起来，推动与各国的汇率协调与合作以稳定我国证券市场等对策。 关键词:人民币升值;证券市场;汇率 The relationship between the Appreciationof the RMB exchange and the development of Chinas securities market Abstract RMB appreciation will have a tremendous impact on Chinas securities market. In order to maintain the stability of the securities market.It must be establish an effective equilibrium exchange rate formation mechanism of the market, and enhance the liquidity of the securities market and the expansion of market capacity, building a complete set of dynamic monitoring and early warning mechanism,for intermational capital flow to the stock market. As Chinas economic strength enhancing and the RMB move to the international curreney.The impack of the research for RMB appreciation provide a basis for international inverstment and exchange rate policies,it has important practical and forward-looking significance. In this paper, based on the status of the appreciation of the renminbi in recent years, point to the appreciation of the RMB exchange rate against the impact to the stock market and other issues.It put forward somepolicies to link the reform of the RMB exchange rate,and the international financial system,and promote the cooperation with other countries for the steady of China’s securities market.
