PAGE 大连九鑫木业有限公司融资问题研究 摘 要 中小企业作为国民经济的重要组成部分，对我国经济的持续、快速、健康地发展起着重要作用。但是，中小企业的发展还存在不少困难和障碍，其中，最突出的问题就是缺乏发展资金。任何一个企业的创立、生存、发展都需要资金的融通和运作。当前，我国民营企业在发展中遇到的融资问题更是突出和复杂，在很大程度上已经成为企业成长的“瓶颈”。以大连九鑫木业有限公司作为中小企业的一个代表并对其融资难的状况进行了分析，最终得到了解决方案。论文前两部分主要是介绍对国内外理论界关于中小企业融资难问题的代表性成果进行了梳理和概括。第三部分介绍了大连九鑫木业有限公司的基本状况和融资现状。第四部分是总结分析了大连九鑫木业有限公司在融资所遇到的困境的深层原因。最后从提高企业内部融资能力以及优化外部融资环境的角度提出了解决中小企业融资难的建议。 关键词： 中小企业；融资；偿债能力 Nine Xin wood industry limited company margin problems in Dalian study Abstract The??small and medium enterprises as an important part of the national economy, which plays an important role on Chinas economy to develop sustainably, rapidly and healthily however, the development of SME there are still many difficulties and obstacles, of which the most prominent problem is the lack development funds. In this paper, JIUXIN Wood Industry Co., Ltd. in Dalian as a representative of small and medium enterprises to analysis the financing difficulties and the situation which has been obtained the ultimate solution. The main part of the first two papers is mainly arrange and summerize the representative achievements about the small and medium-sized corporationss difficulty in dealing with the finacing problems at home and abroard.The third section describes the basic situation and the status of financing of Dalian.JIUXIN Wood Industry Co., Ltd. The fourth part is summarize and analysis the difficulties and its underlying causes during the finacing of Dalian.JIUXIN Wood Industry Co., Ltd.
