摘 要 西门子6RA70系列整流器为全数字紧凑型整流器，输入为三相电，可向变速直流驱动用的电枢和励磁供电，额定电枢电流从15A至3000A。 关键词：直流调速；西门子6RA70；参数设置；功能模块；参数自整定 Abstract The series of Siemens 6RA70 rectifier is entire compact digital,the input is the three-phase AC,can provide the armature and the exciting current which the direct-current drive used, output armature electric current from 15A to 3000A. All the control of opens and closed loop actuation and the communication is by two function formidable microprocessor realization, the realization of actuation control function may through the parameter, connect that by the block which provides the software. The present situation of the 6RA70 development and the method of research introduced in this thesis, the total character style cocurrent velocity modulation system of Simens 6RA70 also introduced, including all structure and composition, hardware system and software function. Introduced the speed and electric current closed loop velocity modulation. The logical control system does not have the reversible circulation velocity modulation; Integrated control principle of 6RA70 cocurrent velocity modulation system. Finally, explained the parameter establishment method of the DC velocity modulation system, self regulating method of the electric current loop and speed loops parameter, special function module and the application method. In the end, introduced the correlation experiment, the connection of wire, parameter setting and part of the result about this experimentation.
