基于 MFP 的产业系统演化及评价新模型# 王小雨,程宏鑫,柴立和** (天津大学环境科学与工程学院,天津 300072) 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 摘要:调整产业结构已成为近年来国家战略规划之一,并列入十二五的规划之中。由于对产 业竞争力本质理解的偏差,现有研究仍无法从根本上解释产业系统的本质特性及其生成演化 过程,究竟应按照怎样的标准调整产业结构、各个产业的竞争力应当如何衡量等问题也未从 根本上得到解决。本文从一元论的信息本原出发将产业系统定义为具有生成性、开放性和演 化性的信息网络,产业竞争力则是构成产业部门信息网络的各个组元之间的相互作用所共同 表现出来的性质。基于这种对产业系统全新的认识方法,推导出控制产业部门发展演化的动 力学方程,并依据最大流原理给出产业竞争力的评价模型及计算方法。最后通过实际案例来 说明该模型可以很好地揭示出产业系统的发展演化过程并为产业系统的合理评价产业竞争 力指明方向。 关键词:产业竞争力;信息实在;最大流原理(MFP);广义信息熵 中图分类号:N94 New evolution and assessment model of industrial system from MFP WANG Xiaoyu, CHENG Hongxin, CHAI Lihe (School of Environmental Science and Engineering, Tianjin University, Tianjin 300072) Abstract: Adjusting industrial structure has been one of the national strategic planning in recent years and figured into the twelfth five-year-plan outline. Since the poor understanding on the essence of industrial competitive power, available theories cannot well essentially explain the characteristics and the process of generation or evolution of industrial sectors. Some questions as which criterions really control industrial structure and how to measure industrial competitive power of each industry have not yet been solved. In this paper, basing on monism informational reality, industrial sector is treated as an information network with generative, open and evolutionary feathers, then the industrial competitive power is the characteristic exhibited by the interactions among agents in industrial information network, which giving an absolutely new method to understand industrial system. The dynamic equation that controls the generation and evolution of industrial sectors can accordingly be got. A complete framework for evaluating industrial sectors can thus be built and simulated. Finally, the specific example is given, which shows that this model can reveal the process of development and evolvement well in the practical industrial system and further point out the direction for reasonable industrial competitive power as
