南通大学建筑工程学院 摘 要 本文根据新规范进行了南通检测中心办公楼的整个建筑结构设计，包括主体结构、基础及楼梯等部分。该建筑为八层钢筋混凝土框架结构，属于高层办公建筑，总建筑面积约为6400，总建筑高度为29.55m。完成了该建筑的平面设计，立面设计以及剖面设计。结构分析中考虑了竖向荷载中的恒荷载、活荷载和水平方向荷载中的风荷载、地震作用，并将水平荷载分配到框架上，分别用D值法和弯矩二次分配法计算风荷载、活荷载和恒荷载作用下构件的内力，并进行了一榀框架的内力组合、截面设计及配筋。手算过程中运用excel进行数据计算。最后，用PKPM软件进行电算，并与手算结果进行对比，对配筋进行修改，并绘出各楼层梁、板、柱、基础、楼梯的结构施工图。此外，还完成了施工方案设计和外文翻译。 关键词：办公楼，高层建筑，框架，结构计算 ABSTRACT An overall structural design of the office building of testing center in NanTong, JiangSu province is carried out referring to the new criterion in this paper. It consists of the major structure design, foundation structure design and stairway structure design. The building is reinforced concrete frame structure with 8 stories, belonging to high-rise office buildings. It has about an area of square meters and a height of 29.55 meter. Completed the construction of graphic design, facade design, and profile design. In the structural analysis, the vertical load of constant load, live load and horizontal load of wind loads, earthquake are considered. The assumption of the perfectly stiff slab is used to analyze the interaction of the horizontal frames and the horizontal load is distributed to the frames. The internal forces caused by wind load, live load and dead load separately are obtained by use of the D value method, the delamination method and the second distribution method of moment. As a result, the internal forces combination, section design and chosen steel of the frame are obtained. The data is calculated by EXCEL software in manual computing process. Finally, calculating by using the PKPM software and the account by hand are compared and revised the two results and repair them. At the same time, the structural working plan of the beam, board, column, groundwork and stair of each floor are drawn.
