 浑善达克沙地沙地榆土壤种子库特征与动 态规律研究# 哈丽雅1，岳永杰2，李钢铁2，左合君2，谷伟2** 5 10 15 20 （1. 内蒙古农业大学生态环境学院，呼和浩特 010019； 2. 内蒙古农业大学林学院，呼和浩特 010019） 摘要：在浑善达克沙地以沙地榆为研究对象，针对 60 年生、46 年生、30 年生 3 种不同树龄 沙地榆林进行了土壤种子库调查，研究了沙地榆土壤种子库的组成、数量及动态变化规律。 结果表明：（1）不同树龄沙地榆土壤种子库种子总数随时间的推移基本呈减少趋势，2011 年土壤库种子总数月变化规律为 6 月＞7 月＞8 月＞9 月；（2）在 6、7 月土壤中种子总数 大小顺序为 60 年生沙地榆林＞46 年生沙地榆林＞30 年生沙地榆林，在 8、9 月土壤中种子 总数大小顺序为 46 年生沙地榆林＞60 年生沙地榆林＞30 年生沙地榆林，在整个观测期内， 30 年生沙地榆林土壤种子总数均最少；（3）垂直分布上，不同树龄沙地榆土壤种子库种子 总数分布规律基本一致，表现为枯枝落叶层＞0-2cm 土层＞2-4cm 土层。在随时间变化的过 程中，枯枝落叶层土壤种子库种子总数呈持续减少的趋势，0-2cm 土层和 2-4cm 土层土壤种 子库种子总数呈先减少后增加的趋势。 关键词：浑善达克沙地；沙地榆；土壤种子库；数量特征；月动态 中图分类号：S792.19 Study of characteristic and dynamic law of soil seed bank of sand elm in Otindag Sandy Land HA Liya1, YUE Yongjie2, LI Gangtie2, ZUO Hejun2, GU Wei2 (1. Forestry college of Inner Mongolia University, Hohhot 010019) 25 Abstract: Taking the sand elm in Otindag Sandy Land as case study, investigated and analyzed the soil seed bank under 3 different ages (60 years, 46 years and 30 years) sand elm woods. Studied on the composition, quantity and dynamic change of soil seed bank of sand elm. Some conclusions can be drawn from this study:(1) The total number of different soil seed bank decreased with the course of time, the monthly dynamic rule in 2011 was that: June＞July＞ 30 35 40 August＞September.(2) In June and July, the total number of soil seed bank: 60 years＞46 years ＞30 years sand elm woods, and in August and September, the order of the number is 46 years＞ 60 years＞30 years sand elm woods, in whole time 30 years sand elm woods is the least throughout this study.(3) The vertical distribution of total number of soil seed bank almost uniform at distribution law.
