 产业转移政策下劳动力转移与区域产业升 级的空间计量分析 陈燕华1，杨少华2，符晓燕1** 5 10 （1. 暨南大学经济学院，广州 510632； 2. 暨南大学国际商学院，广东 珠海 510632） 摘要：综文章基于产业转移理论，从新经济地理学的视角构建劳动力转移对产业集聚及产业 结构的影响的空间计量模型。结合目前广东的“双转移”政策，对广东 21 个地市的产业转移 及劳动力转移推动下的产业升级进行实证研究。实证分析结果表明：劳动力转移对产业结构 升级起着显著的促进作用。且空间因素对产业结构升级作用也在增加，说明空间效应和劳动 力转移共同促进产业结构升级。相对应的政策含义在于加强区域合作，促进劳动力在区域间 的自由流动，从而促进产业优化升级。 关键词：空间计量经济学；产业转移；劳动力转移；产业升级 中图分类号：F721.7 15 A Spatial Econometric Analysis of the Labor Transfer and Industrial Structure Upgrade based on the Industrial Transfer Policy Chen Yanhua1, Yang Shaohua2, Fu Xiaoyan1 20 25 30 35 40 (1. International Business School, Jinan University, GuangDong ZhuHai 519070) Abstract: This paper construct a spatial econometric model on the factors of labor transfer to industry agglomeration and industry structure From the Angle of view of new economic geography based on the industrial transfer theory. Combining “the double shift” of Guangdong province, we do the empirical research for the upgrading of the industrial structure influenced by the industrial transfer and labor transfer of 21 city of Guangdong. The empirical result indicates that the labor transfer play a significant promoting role for the upgrading of the industrial structure, and the spatial factor influence for the upgrading of the industrial structure is increasing, which show the space effect and labor transfer jointly promote the upgrading of the industrial structure. The corresponding policy is to strengthen regional cooperation and strengthen the labor flowing freely between the regions so as to promote the industrial optimization.
