【摘要】：本工程为重庆文汇大厦空调工程，总高66.45米，建筑主体全部为框架剪力墙结构，东西长100~105米，南北宽94米，面积9570平方米，地下一层，地上十七层。建筑总负荷冬季为596KW，夏季为931KW，冷水设计供回水温度为7/12℃，热水设计供回水温度为 60/50℃。 夏季冷源由两台水冷螺杆式冷水机组提供，冬季外区由换热器担负制热负荷，通过管路上的阀门开关实现冬夏季的转换。 所有的楼层采用风机盘管加新风系统。使用的风机盘管均为卧式暗装风机盘管系统。新风系统中新风处理到室内状态的等焓线，不承担室内冷负荷；然后与经过风机盘管处理后的室内循环空气同时送入室内,系统的冷、热负荷由空气和水共同承担. 综合初投资、运行、管理费用考虑，冷源选用单螺杆式冷水机组，采用闭式双管冷冻水系统，冷却塔至于裙楼三层楼顶。空调设备首先根据冷、热负荷进行初步选型，再用热负荷进行校核，最终确定机组型号。在防排烟方面，依据设计规范在楼梯间和电梯前室采用采用加压送风，地下室进行通风排烟。 【关键字】： 负荷计算， 风机盘管，节能，冷热源，防排烟 【Abstract】：This project for chongqing wenhui mansion air conditioning, 66.45meters high, the ground for reinforced concrete wall. all concrete frame for the construction, from east to west is 100~105meters long ,from south to north is 94meters long ,the area is 9570square meters, the ground floor, and the fifth floor. The total load winter to summer for 596kw, 931kw.Designed for cold water temperature of backwater 7 / 12 ℃, designed for hot water temperature is 60/50 ℃ backwater. The cold water in summer are made by the provision of screw-type chiller and by a heat exchanger to assume operation of the system to facilitate regulation of heat load in winter. The winter loop and summer loop switch through valve. Inner region the all floor for the office room, the hair dryer coil and new air flow. Blower coil are used for position on the blower coil xin feng system .Xin feng deal with the state to the enthalpy, not assume the load ；and cold with a hair dryer coil the indoor air circulation at the same time, the system into the cold and heat carried by air and water. Comprehensive the investment and operation, management fees, in a single cold water, the use of frozen water system and cooling stacks took the floor. the air conditioner on top of the cold and heat loading would be initial and heat loading on the nuclear and determine the type. in the field row, depending on the design rules embodied in the stairwell and the front by the pressure off the wind. and ventilation and smoke are
