摘 要 销售管理系统是一个销售企业不可缺少的重要组成部分，它的内容对于企业中高层的决策和管理者来说都是十分重要的，因此该销售管理系统正努力达到能为用户提供有用及充足的信息、快捷的查询手段、稳定的运行环境及安全的系统操作等水平。 该系统是对某润滑油公司销售管理体系的一个整合，对各种资源的统一利用；它是基于计算机技术、商务营销知识的信息化系统。主要功能是实现电子化的销售过程，通过电子手段对信息进行采集、分析与处理，降低了工作成本，提高了员工的工作效率和工作的准确性，能够达到增加企业的收入的最终目的，使其与时俱进，为企业将来的发展奠定了一定的基础。 该销售管理系统主要应用面向过程的分析方法，c/s的架构模式，以及采用VB 技术与SQL2000数据库相结合的开发方式，以商务营销的管理理念来实现销售过程，主要包括系统管理、销售管理、退货管理、客户及商品信息维护管理等模块。 在该销售管理系统中，添加了用户权限功能，分为普通用户和管理者两种，普通用户可以填写各种单据，管理者可以对各种单据进行审核，实现一个员工不能同时制单又审单的功能，有效的监督了员工的工作，防止假账的出现和资金的流失，稳定了企业的发展。 关键词：销售订单管理 、电子化、审核 Abstract The Sale Management System is a indispensable part of the unit of corporation, its contents says for the decision maker of the corporation and governor that all go to the pass importance, so the Sale Management System should can provide the ample information, fast search means, stable movement environment for the customer, the system operation of the safety.
