● 五十年代首先在云南省成立神经外科专科； ● 1979年成为首批硕士培训点； ● 1986年成立“云南省神经病研究中心”； ● 2003年组建“云南省脑与行为研究所”； ● 2008年被评为云南省神经外科研究中心； ● 2008年杨智勇主任被评为云南省神经外科学科带头人。 神经外科开放病床86张，拥有脑电图、诱发电位、脑血流三个检查室、脑移植研究室、 显微神经外科操作训练实验室。 手术设备：蔡司显微镜、蛇牌神经内镜系统、神经外科手术导航系统以及高速气动磨钻。 神经外科建科50多年来，逐步开展了颅脑损伤、颅内肿瘤、椎管内肿瘤、脑血管病的外科治疗，收治各类神经系统疾病病人约5万多人，开展手术3万余台次. 已培养硕士研究生40人，同时承担着全省市、县进修医师的培养工作。 多年来获得国家科技大会奖2项，卫生部二等奖1项，省科技进步二等奖2项，三等奖10项，出版专著5本。目前在研省厅级科研课题11项，仅92年以来发表在国内核心杂志论文就达400余篇。科内人员担任6种专业杂志的编委及副总编。 * * 神经外科 In1950, neurosurgical department was setted up in Yunnan Province. In 1979 , neurosurgical department became the first masters degree training.In1986 ,we set up a Research Center of neuropathy”. Institute for Brain and Behavior”was formed in2003. Neurosurgical department in 2008 was named Neurosurgery ResearchCenter. In2008, Zhiyong Yang was named director of neurosurgery academic leaders in Yunnan Province. There are 86 open beds in Neurosurgery department, which has with three examination rooms : EEG, evoked potential, cerebral blood flow and the brain transplant research, micro-neurosurgery operations training laboratory. Surgical equipment: Zeiss microscope, the snake endoscopic system of licensing, neurosurgery navigation system and high-speed aerodynamic burr. In more than 50 years, we gradually carry out head injury, brain tumors, spinal tumors, the surgical treatment of cerebral vascular disease. about 50,000 patients with various types of nervous system diseases were treated and we carried surgery more than 30, 000 times . 40 Postgraduates graduated from neurosurgy department, as well as we have done the education work of training doctors for cities and counties . Over the years ,neurosurgy department was awarded of the State Science and Technology , the Ministry of Health, scientific and technological progress, and we published five monographs.
