内容提要 面临资源和环保高度突出的局面，在建筑工程的环境保护，资源耗费，建筑垃圾产生以及回收再利用等问题已经成了建筑工程中的基础管理项目。因此，要想实现建筑工程的高跨度长效发展就要清楚认识到环境保护的重要性以及改良这些问题的现实意义，只有从根本上治理这些问题，改善管理机制，研究制定相应的举措，才能确保建筑工程长远发展。建筑工程是人类生存，生活，工作的重要物质基础，是创造世界，改造世界不可缺少的设施。我国进入21世纪以来，国民经济得到飞速发展，建筑也插上了腾飞的翅膀，并取得了可喜的成绩。但是建筑工程的质量受诸多因素的影响，在设计，施工过程中，质量问题仍时有发生。建筑工程造价管理是建设工程的重要组成部分，工程决算又是造价管理的重点。企业的最终目的是盈利，工程造价管理直接关系到施工企业的经济命脉。工程决算的目的就是最大限度的提高企业的利润空间。 关键词：环保，环境保护，资源耗费，质量问题，建筑工程造价管理 Summary High visibility of resources and environmental protection faced with the situation in the construction of environmental protection, resource consumption, construction waste generation and recycling and other issues have become the basis for building project management projects.
