副枪分析系统在转炉炼钢模型中的研制与使用 高振鹰 张永隽 (武汉钢铁工程技术集团有限责任公司) 摘 要 转炉炼钢过程中依靠副枪测量来参与静动态模型控制和调节吹氧量和转炉熔剂添加量。通过控制转炉中的 碳、温度等技术指标，使“快速出钢”得以实现。而副枪数据的唯一来源就是副枪数据分析系统。副枪数据分析系 统采集来自副枪复合测头来的各类数据，将测量结果提供给静动态模型来参与炼钢控制。也就是说，副枪数据分析 系统就是静动态模型的眼睛和耳朵。 副枪数据分析系统就是在副枪测量过程中，枪体在转炉中停留的 5～8s 内快速和准确的采集来自TSC(测温、 取样、定碳)探头和 TSO(测温、取样、定氧)探头的毫伏级数据，并智能化的进行分析与处理。因此武钢研制的副枪 数据分析系统从功能上选用高速实时嵌入式计算机，使用专用的实时系统运行。系统从 2006 年投入使用至今, 已经 在全国 22 座转炉上成功使用。1 关键词 副枪数据分析系统 VME 总线 碳氧平衡法 碳温平衡法 曲线平台 The Develop and Application of Sublance Analysis System in the Oxygen Converter of Steel Making Model Gao Zhenying Zhang Yongjun WISCO Engineering and Technology Group Co.,Ltd.)
