We change the original single quenching mode to two different control modes that are tracking quenching mode, quenching oscillating mode. Tracking quenching mode is that we perform the on-off control at shut off valve of the quench low pressure area by tracking the head and tail position of the plates. It solves the problem that water spray too much and destroy the water supply balance of the high water tank during quenching. Quenching oscillating mode is that we solve the problem of bad harden ability and high final cooling temperature during thick plates quenching by lowering the transport speed when the plates go through the high pressure area and oscillating cooling at the low pressure area when the tail of the plate go through the high pressure area.
