The introduction of multimedia technology, makes the traditional education mode changed, even brought an unprecedented shock. Mathematics learning strategy under new curriculum criterion have some new characters as following: cooperative, it is to say, cooperation must be one of the main way of learning, mathematics improve the students’ abilities of mathematics communication, communicating with mathematics language; active, the mathematics learning process is filled with observation, experiment, gusset etc. The teacher must give out many ways of studying and students take part in it positively. In this paper, the design and production of multimedia courseware, introduced the commonly used multimedia courseware production tools and processes, and tells the story of multimedia courseware of art elements and design process to grasp several important links and problems. Designs the reasonable teaching structure, and combines with the powerful function of Flash and production process optimization, which will be able to help us to create the excellent teaching courseware which looks exquisite and comfortable.
