摘 要 此次设计主要式对污水处理厂的设计和投资估算。在污水处理厂的设计中包括对处理构筑物、附属构筑物和附属建筑物分别进行设计和计算，并对整个厂区进行了平面布置和高程布置。处理构筑物达到了布置紧凑、运行可靠。同时也达到了厂区的格局整齐美观，又满足绿化要求，尤其是污水处理厂的生物处理构筑物采用了现代比较先进的自动化程度较高的SBR（Sequencing Batch Reactor）池，即间歇式活性污泥法。SBR法是目前国内外采用的比较先进的工艺。 SBR法是污水生物处理方法中的一种间歇运行的处理工艺。它具有以下特点：工艺简单，占地面积小、设备少、节省投资。由于只有一个反应器，不需二沉池、回流污泥及其设备，一般情况不设调节池；理想的推流过程使生化反应推力大、处理效率高；运行方式灵活，由于反应在同一个反应器内进行，可以从时间上安排曝气、缺氧和厌氧等不同状态下工作，实现除磷脱氮的目的；污泥活性高，沉降性能好；耐冲击负荷，处理能力强。 污水处理厂的投资是污水处理厂设计中非常关键的问题。它是一个污水处理厂进行经济比较的参考。它涉及到污水处理工艺是否先进，造价是否合理，成本是否与当地经济发展相适应。由于本设计采用了先进的技术和设备，自动化程度高，电耗较大，但水处理构筑物占地面积小，基建费用低，总体费用不高,最终使污水处理成本只有0.44元/m3。 关键词：分流制；沉砂池；SBR池；接触池；浓缩池；消化池；投资评估。 ABSTRACT This time type with main design handles the design and investments of the factory to estimate to the dirty water.
