重庆科技学院专科生毕业设计（论文） 焦炭冶金性能在冶炼中分析研究 院（系） 冶金与材料工程学院 专业班级 信冶金2008 学生姓名 史亚龙 指导教师 万 新 2011年6月 1 日 摘 要 随着高炉焦炭负荷的日益加重，焦比的降低，富氧大喷煤的实现，焦炭在高炉内的骨架作用愈发显得重要，因此，高炉工作者对焦炭的强度指标，特别是热性能指标，愈来愈重视。本课题主要介绍了《焦炭反应性及反应后强度试验方法》(GB/T 4000)修订情况，对主要修改内客:试验设备、泡焦与炉头焦的取舍、焦块破碎后手工调整、焦球的粒度范围、试验方法的精密度等作了简要说明。 研究结果表明：GB/T4000-2008中对弃去泡焦和炉头焦的试样CRI及CSR数据更稳定，平行试验重复性更好；而未弃去泡焦、炉头焦的试样CRI及CSR数据不稳定，试验结果波动大，平行试验重复性差，无法准确判定焦炭热性能的优劣。焦炭试样粒度修订为φ25-23mm是可行的，利用此数据能更准确地对高炉生产操作和炼焦配煤提供参考依据，符合我国焦炉和高炉生产运行现状。 关键词：CRI CSR 焦炭 高炉 ABSTRACT With the aggravating day by day of coke load of the blast furnace，the reducing of the coke ratio，the rich oxygen gushing out the realization of the coal greatly，the skeleton function in the blast furnace of coke seems more and more important ．so，the intensity index of coke，especially hot performance index，was paid more attention to by the blast furnace workers，leave no stone unturned，take the technological measure to improve the intensity and the hot performance of coke．This paper introduced revision of the standard of＂the test method of coke reactivity and intensity ＂(GB/T4000)，and　mainly revised the test equipment，the manual adjustment about broken coke　block，the particle size range of the hall coke，　testing methods and precision. The present standard is being examined and approved. The results show that: forget about bubble coke and coke stove CRI and CSR data sample is more stable, better parallel test repeatability; without discard foam coke, coke stove CRI and CSR data sample instability tests Results and volatile parallel test reproducibility is poor, can not accurately determine the thermal performance of the merits of Coke. Coke samples amended to φ25-23mm grain size is feasible to use this data to more accurately blast furnace coking coal blending operations and provide a reference, in line with our coke oven and blast furnace operation status quo.
