辽宁营口利用外国直接投资的战略思考 THR STRATEGIC THINKING OF FDI USING IN LIAONING YINGKOU 专　　　　业：国际经济与贸易姓　　　　名：林文津指导教师姓名：申请学位级别：学士论文提交日期：2010年6月10日学位授予单位：天津科技大学 摘要 进人20世纪90年代以来，世界经济的一个重要特点就是国际贸易的增长超过生产的增长，而国际直接投资的增长又超过国际贸易的增长。所以，外国直接投资在世界经济中所发挥的作用可见一斑。随着全球经济一体化的继续演进，世界各国和地区迎来了新的机遇和挑战，尤其是发展中国家积极顺应历史潮流，都竞相出台各种鼓励政策来吸引外国直接投资，使外国直接投资日趋自由化。当前，辽宁营口沿海产业基地作为辽宁省“五点一线”的一个重要节点，具有广阔的发展前景，这里是省委、省政府实施辽宁环渤海“五点一线”开发、加速全省沿海经济带发展战略的重要组成部分，是国家开发银行支持的重点工程。因此，在辽宁营口沿海产业基地积极吸引外国直接投资的今天，研究辽宁营口沿海产业基地利用外国直接投资的战略有着更为重要的意义。 本文在吸收、借鉴前人研究成果的基础上，首先从外国直接投资的涵义入手，叙述外国直接投资的特点、内容和形成机制，进而阐述了外国直接投资对发展中国家尤其是对我国的正负影响，在此基础上，研究了辽宁营口沿海产业基地的基本情况及利用外国直接投资面临的主要问题，最后探讨了辽宁营口沿海产业基地如何更好利用外国直接投资的发展战略。 关键词：外国直接投资；沿海产业基地；发展战略； ABSTRACT Since the 1990s, An important feature of the world economy is the growth of international trade has exceeded the production of growth,and the growth of international direct investment has exceeded the growth of international trade. Therefore,we can see the role played by foreign direct investment in the world economy.With the global economy continuely evolving,countries and regions are facing new opportunities and challenges. Particularly developing countries introduce a variety of incentives to attract foreign direct investment follow the historical trend actively,and to promote the liberalization of foreign direct investment Currently,Liaoning Yingkou Coastal Industrial Base in Liaoning Province is an important node of the Five Points and One Line,and it have broad prospects for development.This is an important part of the provincial government of Liaoning Bohai implement the Five Points and One Line development,and accelerate the provinces coastal economic zone development strategy.Therefore,with attracting foreign direct investment into Liaoning Yingkou Coastal Industrial Base,study the FDI strategy of Liaoning Yingkou Coastal Industrial Base has a more important significance.
