桁架机械手的设计 现代工业不管是加工还是制造都存在着多种多样的方式，有人力手动的也有机械加工的，然而在这其中，桁架机械手机无疑是一种十分方便快捷而且简单易懂的型钢抓取的高效率产品。 本次设计的桁架机械手与同类其它产品相比可以抓取各种形状的型钢，比如槽钢，工字钢，方钢等等。除此以外，它还具有装卸快速、使用安全、一机多用、操作方便、结构合理、便于安装等众多优点，在国内桁架机械手的机市扬占据了很大份额，我们知道的桁架机械手所用于工厂、码头、铁路、建筑等安装生产和制造。 随着工业及制造业的发展，各类型钢在工业、农业上的广泛运用，推动了桁架机械手机的不断发展，桁架机械手的发展到现在已取得了很大的进步，它是从最早期的手动抓取发展到现在的全自动抓取。本次研究主要在于熟悉桁架机械手的结构方案，设计并计算桁架机械手，增加桁架机械手的精度，更好解决一些生产工艺上以及零件规格合格率的生产实际问题。 关键词型钢机械手结构设计 Designoftypesteelstacker Abstract Modernindustry,therearevariouswaysofprocessingormanufacturing,includingmanuallaborandmechanicalprocessing.However,thestackercraneisaveryconvenient,fastandsimplehigh-efficiencyproductforsteelstacking.
